Leadership Institute – Selected high school students participate in monthly workshops on self-awareness, life skills, and leadership. They apply their learning by planning and executing the Change Bowl, leading marketing, fundraising, and event production.

Change Bowl – Students ages 8–18 pitch ideas to improve their schools or communities in a Shark Tank-style event. Participants receive mentorship, professional feedback, and compete for grant funding—building confidence and leadership through real-world impact.

Shine U — This program connects local experts with the community through seminars on diverse hobbies, interests, and life experiences. These inclusive sessions engage both youth and adults, promoting lifelong learning and deeper community involvement.

Yay Days — Held monthly, Yay Days are community-building events supported by stipends from HOS. Local groups use the funds to host creative, team-driven activities or workshops and empower residents to empower neighborhoods from the inside out.
